trying to hit that elusive homemade muesli/granola balance. getting closer! i found that i like mine raw and chewy and bland, rather than the toasted sweeter kind. this one has:
oven toasted large flake oats
regular rolled oats
unsweetened coconut
sultanas
salted pumpkin seeds
raw sunflower seeds
chopped walnuts
miniscule pinches of: sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger
even better with a cut up banana and time to soak in a little milk. don't drown the muesli!
